Dice Bags with Pockets
Handmade dice bags with pockets for DnD players, tabletop gamers, and dice collectors who need organized, easy-access storage for multiple dice sets. Each bag features internal compartments that keep dice, tokens, minis, and small accessories sorted and ready — no digging mid-session.
Size, capacity and how it is built: everything about the bag on one page, in our dice bag with pockets.
86 designs in three pocket configurations:
- Bag with no pockets — $32.00 — maximum open capacity for large collections
- Bag with 6 pockets — $41.00 — sort dice sets by character, campaign, or class
- Bag with 6 rainbow pockets — $47.00 — color-coded organization system
All bags share the same core construction: durable gabardine exterior, soft 100% cotton lining that protects resin and metal dice, square bottom that stands upright during play, and a drawstring with secure plastic clip. Each bag holds 300+ dice and measures approx. 5 in × 7 in.
Designs range from fantasy creatures (octopus, dragon, beholder, mimic) to nature themes (druid forest, galaxy, fox) to iconic D20 prints — so every player finds a bag that matches their character or campaign aesthetic.
Players call these by different names — dice pouch, dice case, dice purse, dice bag with compartments. It is the same product: a soft fabric bag with six internal pockets. They also work beyond D&D — MTG players use them for counters, tokens, and spin-down life dice, keeping each deck's counters separate from the next.
Popular as practical DnD gifts for players and Dungeon Masters alike. A fun, affordable option in the $30–$50 price range for birthdays, holidays, or just upgrading your own game gear.
300+ dice in total, sorted across six pockets. Every bag is handmade in our Ukraine studio — no mass production.
Made to order in our Cherkasy, Ukraine studio: 2–3 business days to make, then 7–14 business days in transit. Total approx. 9–17 business days. Tracking included.
Who shops this collection: Players who manage multiple dice sets across characters or campaigns and need real organization instead of a single pouch. The person buying a DnD gift who wants something handmade, practical, and specific — not another mass-produced accessory. And the dice goblin whose collection outgrew every bag they own.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many dice does a bag with pockets hold?
GameFancy fabric dice bags with pockets hold 300+ dice total, sorted across 6 pockets. The center chamber holds additional dice, tokens, or minis. The bag is approximately 5 in × 7 in with a square bottom that stands upright on the table. How many sets players actually carry: how many dice sets does a DnD player usually have.
What is the difference between 6 pockets and 6 rainbow pockets?
Both configurations have 6 internal pockets and hold 300+ dice. Standard 6 pockets ($41.00) use one coordinated lining color — clean internal look, good for organizing by character or campaign. 6 rainbow pockets ($47.00) use 6 different colors — visual sorting system where each color marks a specific set or dice type. Rainbow pockets are especially popular among Dungeon Masters managing multiple NPCs during combat.
Can I fit metal dice in pocket bags?
Yes. Metal dice fit in pockets same as resin. The cotton lining handles the weight and doesn't wear through. Because the pockets keep your sets separated, metal dice don't chip or scratch resin dice stored nearby.
Are these bags good for travel?
Yes. I designed them with travel in mind - drawstring with a clip so nothing spills, and a square bottom with a stiff insert so it doesn't flatten in your backpack next to a rulebook. Most people who buy them end up using them as their main session bag. Convention runs, game store nights, Sunday sessions at a friend's place - whatever works.
Do these work for MTG?
Yes. MTG players use them for spin-down life dice, +1/+1 counters, tokens, and dice from multiple decks. Six pockets means multiple decks' worth of counters kept apart. The 300+ dice capacity is the same whether you fill it with polyhedral sets or MTG counters.
How do I clean a fabric dice bag?
Hand wash only, 30°C water, mild soap. Turn it inside out first so the cotton lining gets properly clean too. Then lay it flat to air dry. Don't put it in the washing machine or dryer - the stiff insert in the bottom will warp, and once that happens the bag won't stand up straight anymore. With basic care it'll stick around for years. Full steps in how to clean a dice bag.
Can I get a custom design on a pocket bag?
Yes. Our custom printed dice bag lets you send your own artwork — we print it on gabardine and sew a bag from it. Available in all three pocket configurations from $39.00. All printed and embroidered options are in custom dice bags.
