Thank you for shopping at GameFancy. This page explains where your order ships from, how long it takes, and who pays what.

Where your order ships from

GameFancy ships from two locations. Items in our Fast Shipping (USA) collection ship from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. All other designs are made to order by hand in our studio in Cherkasy, Ukraine.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. We are not shipping to the European Union at the moment.

How long it takes

  • Fast Shipping (USA) collection: ships from Miami, FL via DHL and arrives in 1–3 business days. Ten bestselling designs are stocked in Miami; the collection page always shows what is currently in stock.
  • All other designs: made to order in our Cherkasy studio, 2–3 business days to make, then 7–14 business days in transit. Total: 9–17 business days from order to doorstep. For Australia, New Zealand and Singapore allow 14–21 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons such as the December holidays, please allow a few extra days.

What shipping costs

Shipping is one flat rate per parcel, not per item. Add one tray or six, the shipping cost stays the same.

  • United States: $7.90 per parcel, or $22.90 express. Orders over $99 ship free, applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada: $9.90 standard, or $23.90 express.
  • Australia, New Zealand and Singapore: $12.90 per parcel.

If your order has items from our Miami warehouse and made-to-order items from our studio, they travel as two separate parcels, so checkout shows two shipping fees. For US orders over $99 both are free.

Customs, duties and taxes

United States. Orders from our Miami warehouse are domestic parcels: no customs, no import duty. Made-to-order items ship to you from our studio, and we prepay the US import duty when we send the parcel, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Sales tax is added at checkout only for orders shipped to Florida. If you've bought from us on Etsy, you may have seen a sales tax line there: Etsy collects state sales tax itself as a marketplace, that's why the totals differ.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Customs duty on your parcel is prepaid by us. Import VAT or GST is a separate charge set by your country and is not collected at checkout, so the carrier may ask for it on delivery, usually together with a small handling fee. The amount depends on your country's rate and the value of the order.

Order tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at gamefancy.store@gmail.com and we will make it right.
