Thank you for shopping at GameFancy. This page explains where your order ships from, how long it takes, and who pays what.
Where your order ships from
GameFancy ships from two locations. Items in our Fast Shipping (USA) collection ship from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. All other designs are made to order by hand in our studio in Cherkasy, Ukraine.
Shipping times to the United States
- Fast Shipping (USA) collection: ships from Miami, FL via DHL and arrives in 1–3 business days. Around 20 designs are stocked in Miami at any time — the collection page always shows what is currently in stock.
- All other designs: made to order in our Cherkasy studio — 2–3 business days to make, then 7–14 business days in transit. Total: 9–17 business days from order to doorstep.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons such as the December holidays, please allow a few extra days.
Who pays for shipping
We cover the cost of shipping and any export charges on our side. You do not pay a separate shipping fee on top of the product price.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders from our Miami, FL warehouse (Fast Shipping USA collection): these bags are already inside the United States, so your order travels as a domestic parcel. There is no customs clearance and no import duty — nothing to pay on delivery.
Made-to-order designs shipped from our Cherkasy studio: these are international shipments. Since the United States ended its $800 de minimis exemption in August 2025, import duties can apply to any parcel entering the country regardless of value. Where duties apply, the carrier collects them from the recipient on delivery. We do not add these charges at checkout and we cannot calculate them in advance, as they depend on current tariff rates.
Orders shipped to the European Union and other countries outside the US: import VAT and any customs duties are not collected at checkout. They are payable by the recipient on delivery, and the carrier may add its own handling fee. We recommend checking your local rates before ordering.
Sales tax: we do not charge US sales tax at checkout on gamefancy.org. If you have bought from us on Etsy, Etsy collects state sales tax on our behalf as a marketplace — that is why the totals differ between the two.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and to Europe. Delivery times outside the US vary by destination country and are shown at checkout. If you are outside these regions, please contact us to ask about alternative shipping methods.
Order tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at gamefancy.store@gmail.com and we will make it right.
