Shipping is one flat rate per parcel, not per item. In the US it's $7.90, and orders over $99 ship free. The free shipping is applied automatically at checkout, you don't need a code. Europe, UK and Canada: $9.90. Australia: $12.90. If your order has a Miami item and a made-to-order item, they ship as two parcels, so you see two shipping fees (both free over $99 in the US).

There is no customs or import duty to pay on delivery in the US. Items from our Miami warehouse are domestic parcels, and for made-to-order items we prepay the import duty when we ship. Sales tax is added at checkout only for orders shipped to Florida.

Customs duty, including the EU's €3 per item duty on small parcels, is prepaid by us. Import VAT is a separate thing and it isn't included at checkout on our site, so the carrier collects it on delivery, usually with a small handling fee. If you prefer to pay everything upfront, our Etsy shop charges EU and UK VAT at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the United States (including Europe, Canada, and Australia), customs duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any additional fees are charged by your local customs authorities and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
