Short answer: for Christmas 2026 delivery in the US, order custom printed bags and trays by November 25, made-to-order bags, trays and embroidered velvet bags by December 1, and the ten ready-to-ship designs from our Miami, FL stock by December 17. US orders over $99 ship free.

Which designs arrive in 1 to 3 days?
Only the ten designs in the Fast Shipping (USA) collection: the plush Mothman bags (including the gothic and crossbody versions), the plush goblin bags, the whale bag, and the Mothman and Possum dice trays. They are already in the US, so they travel as a domestic DHL parcel with nothing to pay on delivery. Everything else is made to order.
What happens if I order a Miami item and a made-to-order item together?
They ship as two parcels from two places, so they arrive on different days. If the Miami item is the gift and the other piece can come later, that is fine. If both have to be under the tree, use the earlier date: December 1.
Is there anything to pay on delivery?
No, not in the US. Miami items are domestic parcels. For made-to-order items we prepay the import duty when we ship. US shipping is a flat $7.90 per parcel, and free on orders over $99.
Can I still get an embroidered name in time?
Yes, if you order by December 1. Embroidery is available on six velvet designs: raven, Mothman, two goblins, possum and octopus. It is one font, the one shown in the photos, up to about 10 characters. Write the text in the order comment. $47 without embroidery, $52 with.
What if I miss the dates?
Until December 17, choose a ready-to-ship design from Fast Shipping (USA). After that, a printed photo of the bag you picked can be the gift on the day, and the bag itself arrives a few weeks later.
Can I return a Christmas gift?
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return, and a defective item is replaced free. Custom printed pieces with your own art are made for one person and cannot be returned.
Why order early?
Last season 36% of the whole year's orders came in November and December, and the busiest two weeks ran from November 29 to December 13. Made-to-order pieces are sewn in the order they come in.
